General Terms and Conditions – Pura Sabrosura Events
These terms and conditions apply to all events organized by Pura Sabrosura. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you agree to the following:
1. Tickets and admissions
Admission is only granted with a valid ticket.
Tickets are personal and may not be resold without prior permission from the organizer.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be refunded or replaced.
The organizer reserves the right to deny admission in case of invalid tickets, misconduct, or non-compliance with the house rules.
2. Cancellations and refunds
Purchased tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is fully canceled by the organizer.
If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.
3. Program and changes
The organizer reserves the right to change the line-up, program, location, or schedule.
Such changes do not entitle visitors to a refund, unless the event is fully canceled.
4. Conduct and safety
Visitors must follow the instructions of the organization and security staff.
It is prohibited to bring your own food, drinks, glassware, weapons, or dangerous objects.
Misconduct or failure to comply with the rules may lead to removal from the event without a refund.
5. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
The organizer is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
6. Photos and recordings
Photos and video recordings may be made during the event.
By entering the venue, visitors consent to the use of such material in promotional communications by the organizer.
7. Force majeure
In case of force majeure (such as extreme weather, pandemic, or government measures) the organizer may postpone or cancel the event.
